Former International Monetary Fund (IMF) chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn arrives at his temporary New York residence following a court appearance in Manhattan Supreme Court in the morning where he entered a plea of not guilty to charges that he sexually assaulted a hotel housekeeper last month.
